• Will Call tickets can only be picked up when a valid picture ID or a copy of your confirmation email is presented. Tickets will not be given out without a valid picture ID or the confirmation email!

3) Order in person by visiting the Riversharks Box Office

• The Box-Office is located just to the right of the main entrance of the stadium, at the corner of Delaware and Penn St. Box Office hours are 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and the Box Office will remain open until 90 minutes after the first pitch during game days. The Box Office is closed on weekends unless there is a game. On weekend gamedays, the box office will open at 10:00 a.m. and stays open for 90 minutes after the first pitch.

Do you have vouchers?
To redeem vouchers online, click the link above, select the game you would like to attend and follow through the process of selecting seats. If you are looking to purchase more tickets than you have vouchers please contact the Box Office at 866-SHARKS-9 and we will assist you. It is important that the seats selected are valid for the voucher type. If the voucher says “One $12 (200) Level Seat” then it is valid for seats in sections 201-217 while vouchers stating “One $13 (100) Level Seat” are valid for sections 101-122 excluding the premium seats in sections 107-116. Create an account just as you would if you were purchasing tickets. When you get to payment method switch it from “Credit Card” to “Vouchers” and click confirm. This will take you to a screen where you can type in your voucher numbers and finish your purchase. Also, the total number of tickets purchased must match with the total number of vouchers being redeemed.

Please note that the $1.25 per ticket convenience fee is also charged on voucher orders so the credit card that is entered will be charged $1.25 for each redeemed voucher. To redeem vouchers with no charge please call the Box Office at 866-SHARKS-9.
