Do you know someone who deserves to be honored for their hard work and commitment? If so, nominate them to be a Horizon BCBSNJ Community All-Star.


Nominees must demonstrate:
  • Community leadership
  • Be result oriented
  • Be a role model for his or her peers


The winner will be honored during a pre-game ceremony at the 2012 Atlantic League All-Star Game presented by Horizon BCBSNJ on Wednesday, July 11th. They will receive an autographed 2012 Atlantic League All-Star jersey, four tickets to the 2012 Atlantic League All-Star Game presented by Horizon BCBSNJ, four Riversharks season tickets to the 2013 season and one parking pass.

Nominate a leader in your community by submitting a short essay in the contact form below explaining why they should be honored as the Horizon BCBSNJ "Community All-Star". Entries should be 250 words or less. The deadline for entries is Monday, June 18th. Winners will be selected on Monday, July 2nd.
